InCert - Data Protection Statement

InCert takes its responsibilities regarding the protection of personal data very seriously. Any personal data that you are asked to reveal in order to obtain information about InCert or to register your personal data with InCert so that we may contact you will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act. Our website is structured so that you can visit without registering any personal data unless you choose to register that information. We do not use cookies or other devices on our site which require you to allow us access to your computer.

Where you are requested to submit any personal data, (email address, postal address, telephone number etc), there will be a statement of:

for what purposes that data will be used for

Employee Personal Data

Disclosure about the personal data of our employees will not be made available. Should you ask for any of our employee details, that request will be forwarded onto the employee concerned, who will then decide whether or not to respond to the request.

Information Collected About You

InCert collects and maintains certain personal information about you when you send us email or complete any of our online forms. InCert uses the information you provide to enable us to contact you in response to any requests, complaints or comments you may have about us. This forms part of InCert's service offering and we see this as being a significant benefit to our customers.
