Payment for Courses

Individuals
All course fees must be paid at time of booking, (except via Painless Payments). You are not guaranteed a place on a course until payment has been received.

Or paid immediately if the course is booked within 10 working days before the start of the course.

Where multiple courses are booked, all courses must be paid for before 10 working days of the first training course starting, (except via Painless Payments).

Course fees may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Solo, cash or cheque. If paying by cheque, three extra days must be allowed for the cheque to clear through the banking system.

Secure Online payments are not yet available. Please use the postal application forms or telephone your requirements. (08456 441766)

Companies
If paying by purchase order, our terms are 30 days from date of invoice regardless of date of booking.

Funding for your training.
InCert provides two methods of funding for your training, a Career Development Loan and Painless Payments.

A Career Development loan is a loan from a bank, underwritten by the Government. The Government will make all payments to the bank whilst you are under training, and for one month after the completion of your training. You then take over the payments. For more information click here.

Painless Payments allows you to spread the cost of you training over six months. Only applicable to the purchase of packages, not individual courses. For more information click here.
